People ask me this more than almost anything else.
"I'm riding through Montenegro — where do I go if something breaks?"
There's no official Harley-Davidson dealership in Montenegro. The nearest ones are across the border in Serbia or Croatia. Which is fine if you're planning ahead. Not fine if you're sitting on the side of the road between Kotor and Žabljak with a warning light you don't recognise.
So here's the honest answer.
Muscle Moto — Radanovići, Kotor
Alexey runs a workshop in Radanovići, just outside Kotor. You won't find it on the first page of Google. He doesn't have a flashy website. What he has is something rarer — actual skill, actual knowledge of Harley-Davidson mechanics, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you trust someone with a bike you love.
I know this because he built mine.
My Fat Bob 114 is the only one in Montenegro. Getting it right required sourcing parts from outside the country, making decisions about modifications, and executing everything cleanly. Alexey did all of it. I came with ideas. He came with solutions.
That's the dynamic. You tell him what you want. He figures out how to make it happen.
What he works on
Muscle Moto works on all motorcycles — but Harley-Davidson is where Alexey is genuinely specialist-level. If you're rolling in on a Fat Boy, a Street Glide, a Sportster, or anything with the bar-and-shield on the tank, you're in good hands.
Services include:
- Routine maintenance and oil changes
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Custom parts sourcing and installation
- Modifications and builds
- Pre-season checks for riders coming from abroad
How to find him
He's not on the main tourist maps. He's in Radanovići — a small settlement between Tivat and Kotor, easy to reach from either direction.
Best approach: call or message ahead. He's a working mechanic, not a walk-in service centre.

A note on riding in Montenegro without a safety net
Montenegro is small. The distances between towns are short. But the mountain roads — Durmitor, Piva Canyon, Lovćen — are far from anywhere. If you're planning a serious multi-day ride through the north, make sure your bike is in good shape before you go.
Alexey can do a pre-trip check. Worth the hour.
The Harley community in Montenegro is small and everyone knows everyone. When riders come through and ask where to take their bike, the answer is always the same.
Muscle Moto. Radanovići. Call Alexey.
